Founded in 2024 and based in San Diego, California, Rosenex is a licensed General Engineering Contractor (Class A) providing civil construction, site development, paving, landscaping, remodeling, and building services for public, commercial, and residential clients.
We serve private owners, municipal agencies, commercial clients, school districts, and industrial clients with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, regulatory compliance, and dependable project delivery.
Holding both a Class A General Engineering and C-27 Landscaping license (CSLB #1135412), Rosenex is equipped for civil construction, drainage systems, concrete work, asphalt paving, irrigation systems, landscaping, remodeling, and building construction. SB and SBPW certified, DIR registered, and prevailing wage compliant.
